JBL Soundbar MKII Launch
To support the global launch of JBL’s new soundbar lineup — which included the Bar 2.0 MKII, Bar 2.1 MKII, Bar 300, Bar 500, Bar 800, and flagship Bar 1000 — I was brought on to lead the creation of the full New Product Introduction (NPI) asset package. From concept to final edit, I directed every phase of the project to deliver a suite of polished, high-impact marketing content.
The Challenge
JBL was in the process of launching a new lineup of models for their soundbar division which included the Bar 2.0 MKII, Bar 2.1 MKII, Bar 300, Bar 500, Bar 800, and Bar 1000 and needed a complete content package to drive global marketing across retail, e-commerce, and digital platforms. The content was driven by the features and details across each model.
The visuals needed to be flexible enough to span across many media verticals and mediums including e-comm, paid media, social, and in store displays.
My Approach
This project required a great balance of technical knowledge and creative problem solving. First, I dove in and got a deep understanding of each model. I needed to know how many speakers were in each model, which had subwoofers included, what the different remotes looked like, and the target audience was.
